Windows 11 Performance Impact

Global Filters: Allows you to target a dashboard to a specific group of systems.

Group: All Systems

Grouping Type: You can select to filter the dashboard to assess performance by Monitor Major Version Migrations (Window 10 vs. Windows 11) or between Monitor Build Migration (Windows 11 Build-to-Build).

NOTE: The grouping type you select will determine if the OS table or Windows 11 tables show.

OS or Windows 11 Build Performance Summary – Select a Metric to Graph

This graph lists the metrics that may be affected by a Windows 11 migration. Data is displayed as an average over a 15 day migration period (pre 7-days/post 7-days). The metrics are displayed to compare between grouping type. Select a metric to display in the Performance Over Time graph.

Health categories only show when above zero (0) for OS Performance Summary.

OS or Windows 11 Build Performance Over Time

This graph shows performance before and after Windows 11 migration. Day 0 is the day of migration. Windows 10, or Windows 8 & Earlier will show prior to Day 0 and Windows 11 after. This graph gives a visual indication of trends of metrics for seven days before and seven days after migration. When Build Migration grouping is selected, this will compare the previous build to the current build.

OS or Windows 11 Build App Faults Summary – Select and App to Graph

This grid shows the application and the version that is faulting before and after the Windows 11 Migration.

OS or Windows 11 Build App Faults Over Time

Select an app from the App Fault Summary grid to display on the graph. Day 0 is the day of migration. This graph shows the number of faults on which day before and after Day 0. Select an Application for more detailed information.

Systems (Selected Metric or App)

This grid populates from whichever is last selected from either the Performance Summary or an app from the App Faults Summary grid. Data is displayed as an average over a 15 day migration period (pre 7-days/post 7-days).

This graph shows the specific system and the metric over the time before and after migration. Day 0 is the day of migration.
